Mary Katherine Boyte In 1990, Mary Katherine Boyte graduated cum laude from Fresno State University with BA in Political Science and BA in Speech Communication. She then obtained her Juris Doctor decree from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, again graduating cum laude, in May of 1993. While at Whittier, she served as a teaching assistant and as Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review. During her second year, she wrote and published an article in the Whittier Law Review. Mary Katherine Boyte is licensed to practice in Arizona and Colorado. Mary began her practice in Yuma in December of 1993 and has since called Yuma her home. Since the beginning, her practice has focused in the area of Family Law. She presently serves on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona, Family Law Section. She serves her clients in the areas of establishment, modification and enforcement of child and spousal support, dissolution of marriage, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, adoption, custody and visitation, etc.
John Minore John Minore graduated 1986 from University of Arizona with both Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science Degrees. He then attended and was one of the first graduates of the Eller Entrepreneur Program. After graduation, he founded built and operated an Great Lakes Auto in Tucson, Arizona. In 1989, he returned to his home state of Michigan to attend law school at Coolely Law School where he graduated in 1992. After graduation, he opened the Law Office of John R. Minore with offices in Dearborn, MI and Eastpoint, MI. He practiced in the areas of Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations and Union/Labor Law. His Criminal Practice concentrated in the City of Detroit. In March, 1998, he moved to Yuma to take a position as the "Drug, Gang and Forfeiture Prosecutor" in the office of the Yuma County Attorney. He has been a defense attorney in Yuma County since November of 1998, earning a solid reputation within the community for being an aggressive defense attorney and has successfully defended cases involving major crimes and sex offenses. The Yuma Patriots John Minore is a founding member and legal counsel for the Yuma Patriots, a civilian border watch group seeking to enforce border law and reform immigration policy. John and the Yuma Patriots have been active in bringing attention to the problems created by freely permitting illegal immigration across the southern border in the Yuma Area. The Patriots advocate the enforcement of existing immigration law, the creation of a guest worker program and common sense reform of immigration policies. The Patriots believe that you are either Pro-Immigration or Pro-Illegal Immigration.
